Services

What we remove

The laser hits the layer, not the material beneath it. So what bothers you goes, and what should stay, stays.

Rust and oxides

Steel and aluminium. Tools, machine parts, cast iron, gates, railings, motorcycle and vehicle parts.

Paint stripping

Old paint and coating layers off, without stripper and without sandpaper. Edges stay sharp, shapes stay true.

Oil stains

Oil and grease from machines, workbenches, floor plates and metal parts. No solvents, no waste water.

Graffiti

From gates, railings, shutters, containers, machines and vehicles. The surface underneath is not painted over, it is uncovered again.

Wood surfaces

Door frames and balcony railings: old coats and weathering off, the grain stays visible. No sanding dust in the flat.

Stone surfaces

Moss, algae and environmental soiling on movable objects: gravestones, sculptures, fountains, garden slabs, benches.

Stainless steel for kitchens

Kitchen equipment, extractor hoods, worktops and fryers: baked-on grease off, without aggressive cleaning agents in the kitchen.

Preparation before painting

The surface becomes clean and keyed rather than merely painted over. Paint lasts longer on an exposed surface than on an old layer.

Businesses

Locksmiths and metalwork, car and commercial vehicle workshops, industry and suppliers, plant engineering, hospitality, property managers. A fixed appointment, a proper invoice, and a standing arrangement if you want one.

Private customers

Classic cars and motorcycles, tools and old machinery, cast iron, grills and stoves, garden furniture, door frames and balcony railings. One-off pieces welcome: fixed price from a photo, on site or with us.

Materials

On which material

Pick a material: below it says what works and where the limit is. Naming the limit is part of the job.

Steel

The standard case. Rust, scale, paint and oil come off completely; the surface is immediately ready for welding or painting.

Stainless steel

Weld discolouration and baked-on grease come off without attacking the passive layer with acid.

Aluminium

Works well, but needs less energy than steel. On thin sheet we work in several light passes so nothing warps.

Cast iron

Very rewarding. The porous surface comes clean without blasting media lodging in the pores, the usual nuisance with sandblasting.

Copper, brass

Possible but delicate: both reflect strongly and react quickly. Here we always do a test patch first.

Stone

Moss, algae and soiling on movable objects. Soft sandstone and heavily weathered surfaces are always tested on a small patch first.

Wood

Door frames, railings and furniture parts. The laser takes the layer, not the grain, unlike sanding, the edge survives.

Where we say no

Very thin sheet metal that warps under heat. Most plastics. Surfaces whose paint is meant to stay. And anything we have not first seen on a test patch.

How it works

In four steps

  1. 01

    Send a photo

A phone photo is enough. Plus rough size, material and location.

  2. 02

    Assessment

You get an assessment of whether it can be done, and a price range. Free and without obligation.

  3. 03

    Appointment

On site or with us. On delicate material, the test patch comes first.

  4. 04

    Work and invoice

We do the work, clear up and issue a proper invoice.

Mobile, on site

The equipment comes to the object. Nothing has to be removed, packed or transported, with built-in parts that is the whole difference.

With us

Smaller parts can be dropped off. You are told the price and the date before we start.

Test patch first

For anything delicate we clean a small patch first. You see the result on your own material before you place the order. That is not a marketing line, it is the order of work.

How it works

How it works

Four steps, in a fraction of a second and thousands of times per second.

  1. The pulse lands

A short pulse of light hits the top layer, rust, paint, oil, colour.

  2. The layer absorbs

The dark layer absorbs the energy. The bare material underneath mostly reflects it.

  3. The layer lifts

It vaporises or flakes off in tiny particles. That is the moment you see as sparks.

  4. The residue is extracted

An extractor with a filter collects the residue. No sand, no grit and no waste water is left behind: only the filter content, which we take away and dispose of.

Schematic illustration. Real photographs will replace this once the first jobs are documented.

Screened work area

The work area is cordoned off and signed before work begins. Nobody ends up in the beam path by accident.

Protective equipment

Protective eyewear matched to the wavelength in use, for us and for anyone who has to be present.

Filtered extraction

The residue is extracted right at the point of work and held in the filter, not spread through the room.

No blasting media, no chemicals

Nothing is applied that has to be removed afterwards. No sand to sweep up, no solvent, no waste water, no disposal on your side.

We do not stop at a clean surface

People who call about graffiti often need the wall painted afterwards. So we also do what comes after cleaning, one contact instead of three.

Regular cleaning

Ongoing cleaning for businesses, offices and properties, by arrangement, with fixed appointments and one named contact.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does the laser damage the material underneath?
Not at the correct power setting. The layer absorbs the energy, the bare material mostly reflects it. That is exactly why we do a test patch on anything delicate, the setting is the work, not the machine.
What does it cost?
It depends on area, layer thickness and access, which is why there is no number here that would fit your part anyway. Send a photo and you get a price range, and for smaller parts a fixed price.
Do you come to me?
Yes. Vienna and the surrounding area, with the equipment in the vehicle. With built-in parts that is precisely the advantage: nothing has to be removed.
How long does it take?
A railing or a motorcycle frame is usually a matter of hours, not days. Layer thickness matters more than area: thick old paint needs several passes.
Can it be painted or welded straight after?
Yes, and that is one of the main reasons for the process. No blasting media and no film of grease is left on the surface, so work can continue straight away.
What happens to the residue?
It is extracted and held in the filter. We take it away and dispose of it. You are not left with sand, grit or sludge.
Is it loud, dusty, smelly?
Considerably quieter and cleaner than sandblasting. What you mainly hear is the extractor. Smoke is produced and extracted, which is why enclosed rooms are additionally ventilated.
Will the rust stay away?
The rust is gone. Bare iron will start again in damp air, though: so a part should be painted, oiled or coated soon after. We tell you how much time you have.
Do you need three-phase power at my place?
We settle that before the appointment so nobody travels for nothing. Just tell us what is available on site.
Do you work on Saturdays?
Appointments by arrangement, including outside normal hours. For businesses that is often the only way to work without stopping production.
